Essex’s voluntary and community sector is at the heart of strong resilient communities. Supporting residents, resolving issues and driving local change. But to continue making an impact, these organisations need the right support.
Essex County Council is introducing a new VCS support programme, 'Your Essex Community'. This programme has been designed in partnership with leading organisations and will help charities, community groups, and social enterprises thrive. It aims to create the conditions for a connected and collaborative VCS that works together to minimise duplication, maximises available resources and makes best use of skills and assets to design and deliver solutions.
This programme is free and open to all VCS organisations in Essex, ensuring access to high-quality guidance and stronger partnerships.
